    I use dancing for my footwork,.Cwalking and Toprocks,..its helped my game for tournaments,.I dont jump rope much because it gave me a bad knee.

    hm… check that. Just checked the standings. Didn’t see him in there. Maybe he retired or something. He once was ranked really well, not too long ago. None the less, good enough to take advice from =)

    Hehe, Im a bodybuilder/powerlifter and I LOVE this game because of the neccessary skills. Raquetball requires much skill coordination and quickness and it definatley is difficult to move across the court at 210-225 lbs compared to a quick lean 160 pounder. However, I wouldnt underestimate strength training after technique and quickness. I am not the best size for a raquetball player but I can definatley increase cardio and quickness from my skinny b-ball days. Anyway, its GREAT cross training.
