dude im 13 and run a 4.8 our coach times us before every season
ok any kid saying he’s 14 and runs anything under 5 is ridiculous. don’t time your own 40′s … im the fastest kid in my school (only 2a) and i thought i timed multiple 4.5′s before using a track distance wheel and realizing i was 5yd short of the 40, and now i run a 4.61… 14yr old kids dont run 4.65′s… trust me – besides if ur faster than all ur teammates who cares about ur time
Ryan Murphy plays football at KU. This year’s orange bowl champ. When you get recruited by a D1 school, talk to me.
he let up toward the end
AMEN,the forty is SOOOOO overrated
i kno ryan murphy because i live in lawrence and i am 14 and i DO run a 4.5 40
lol at the bitch who said he could run a 4.23
yea do a lot of squats and calf raises and run on the balls of ur feet not heel to toe
no he didn’t he just stood up out of his take off stance
You don’t know anything about speed. A couple of days after my 14th birthday I ran a 4.48 at a football camp. I don’t play sports anymore. I am an ex-division I football player.
