Frank H. Cruz (BA, ’66, MA, ’69) was honored at the USC MAAA 35th Annual Scholarship Dinner with the Raúl S. Vargas Alumni Award. Mr. Cruz founded Telemundo, created the first Hispanic-owned insurance company in the US, and became the first Hispanic and minority to serve as chairman of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
