The best source for scholarships to international Need-based/minority. North America or Australia?
I wondered where International students are more likely to get a basic need or a grant from the minority. In Australia or North America? Where do u guys think / know it is much less expensive for undergraduate studies at the 2? And THT also a transfer student.? Thanks! Thank you all so much for your responses. : D
