Federal Pell Grant program has been financing for the education of the moms of the country for a long time but President Obama has made a change in it. He has revised the maximum annual amount from $4050 to $5100. And stacking it up with Obama’s Scholarship for Mothers program, American mothers, and other low-income students, can now get up to $ 10,000 per year to fund their studies.

The first example of a scholarship for mothers program is the ESA Foundation Endowment program that awards you $1500 per year and has applications available online. This scholarship has been designed to provide financial assistance to students and you may be a resident of any State in the US and be awarded. There is no major requirement, meaning that they do not require you to major in a specific field of study, and there is also no GPA requirement as well. This scholarship is designed to help high school, college students and adult students excel in leadership, character and helping the local community. This scholarship is very popular with new college students because of its flexibility.
The grants allow the flexibility of studying online so for those mothers with very strict schedules, time constraints will no longer stop them from going back to school. The financial relief the fund provides is further enhanced by the opportunity to win a ten thousand dollar scholarship simply for applying.
We have been researching scholarships for moms for quite some time and every year there a least 100 new programs that are available to give you money. If this is not enough, you can also apply for Financial Aid from the Department of Education or apply for any grants that are available to you from your local college.
