I just got accepted to a very selective state university and I specifically stated in my essays and in my financial certificate that I could only afford one fourth of the cost of tuition. They say that they consider international students for a very limited amount of merit scholarships and if I got accepted and they have a limited amount fos eats for international students (8.3% of international students get accepted) does it mean that probably along with my mailed official letter of acceptance I get an offer of financial aid or something?
