I want to swim in college, but I also need a scholarship. Here are my times:
100 backstroke: 1:03
200 IM: 2:22
500 Free: 5:29
200 backstroke: 2:16
What colleges would give me a scholarship for these times?

Your 100 yard backstroke and 500 free times are your most impressive. But, a Division I scholarship right out of the gate won’t happen.
You might be able to walk on a college team. If you improve then a scholarship could come down the road.
I would give it a shot. When you enroll in college pay the swim coach a visit and see if he or she will allow you to walk on.
Probably none. They aren’t bad times, just that any program that has scholarships is going to want faster swimmers. A 58 in the 100 back might do it.
Why is your 200 back time so slow compared to the 100? And your 500 time is pretty good. You should be more like a 2:12.
You can swim in college though. NAIA or D3 teams and some D2 teams might take you. Also Junior colleges would love to have you. Good luck.
